1. Molding process
Seamless steel pipe: It is made of steel ingot or solid tube blank perforation, and then processed by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. This process makes the surface of the seamless steel pipe seamless and has better overall performance.
Welded steel pipe: Originally a flat steel plate, molded into a tube, and then welded together on both sides. Although there may be joints on the surface of the welded steel pipe, modern technology such as high-frequency current welding has greatly improved the quality of the weld, so that the welded steel pipe can meet a variety of needs in appearance and performance.

Seamless steel pipe: rolled in one molding, the surface is seamless, so it has better pressure resistance and higher pressure bearing capacity. It has high surface finish, no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls, and no leakage under high pressure, and high precision can be used for various high pressure equipment.
Welded steel pipe: the inner wall has welding ribs, which is the embodiment of its welding process. Although the presence of welding ribs may affect the smoothness of fluid flow to a certain extent, modern welding technology has ensured the quality of the weld, so that welded steel pipes can perform well in a variety of applications.
3. Application fields
Seamless steel pipe: Due to its excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, seamless steel pipe is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, machinery and other industries. Specifically, it can be used for petroleum geological drilling pipe, petrochemical cracking pipe, boiler pipe, bearing pipe and high-precision structural steel pipe for automobiles, tractors and aviation.
Welded steel pipe: because of its low cost, high production efficiency and good plasticity and processability, it is widely used in tap water engineering, petrochemical, chemical, electric power, agricultural irrigation, urban construction and other fields.
